Laboratory tests
Laboratory tests are conducted to verify that the actual characteristics of the product comply with regulatory requirements, as well as the declared quality and performance characteristics (product material, toxicity, power, lifting force, etc.).
Among the regulatory requirements verified through laboratory testing are standards and regulations such as CPSIA, REACH, RoHS, EMC, PPE, etc. Laboratory testing is the only way to verify the quality and compliance of the purchased goods with all necessary requirements.
Conducting laboratory tests completely eliminates the possibility that the actual goods will differ from the declared characteristics and, therefore, provides a guarantee and confidence that the goods received will fully meet the customer's expectations. In addition, any discrepancy between the actual characteristics of the goods and those stated in the shipping documents may lead to serious problems during customs clearance. It is worth noting that the costs associated with inaccurate declarations identified during container inspection (storage, resubmission of declarations, etc.) can reach hundreds of thousands of rubles, which is several times higher than the cost of laboratory testing.
