What is the minimum weight of cargo you accept for transportation?

We work with shipments weighing from 30 kg. In this case, delivery of small cargo is carried out as part of a consolidated shipment.

What modes of transportation do you work with?
We offer all types of transportation: air, road, railway as well as sea and multimodal delivery.
What countries can you ship cargo to?
We work with more than 50 countries, including countries of Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Australia. For exact information about the possibility of cargo delivery from or to a country you are interested in, please send us your request at clients@onlogsystem.com.

  • Antiques (only containerized shipments are accepted, subject to authorization from the Ministry of Culture and compliance with packaging, fastening and insurance requirements)

  • Personal belongings
  • Mining farms

  • Oil and gasoline
  • Lumber (we take only finished products (plywood, chipboard, etc.) if we are approached by a manufacturing plant)
  • Pyrotechnics (gunpowder, fireworks)
  • Foodstuffs (we take into work only non-refrigerated containerized cargoes)
  • Software
  • Agricultural products (flour, grain, etc.) (we take only containerized shipments)
  • Tobacco and tobacco products
  • Vehicles (only containerized cargoes are accepted)
  • Coal
  • Wild animal skins
  • Jewelry
  • Sanctioned goods, if the country of shipment is a country that imposed sanctions (for example, we will not deliver sanctioned goods from Germany via Turkey to Russia, but we will deliver sanctioned goods from Mexico via Turkey to Russia).

    • Ceramic tiles, wall panels, plasterboard, finishing materials
    • Glassware/items made of glass, ceramics, porcelain, earthenware, clay, plaster
    • Fragile interior items (lamps, vases, paintings, clocks, mirrors, etc.).
    • Foodstuffs such as eggs, beverages and canned food in glass containers
    • Sanitary ware (ceramics, earthenware, showers, solariums)
    • Sports equipment
    • Fragile souvenirs (clocks, ashtrays, etc.).
    • Fragile car parts (fenders, doors, windshields, headlights, lamps, plastic, etc.).

Do you have your own means of transportation?
No. We have many years of direct cooperation with major transportation companies, including shipping lines, railway carriers, truck owners and airlines.
Do you work with all types of goods?
No. We cannot offer shipping services for the following goods:

  • Wood and lumber, unless it is a finished product (plywood, chipboard, etc.)
